My son Brendan and his fiancee Julie chose a fabulous villa in Tuscany for their wedding in 2009.
They asked me to perform the wedding Ceremony at the villa and after my initial reservations I accepted and set about writing the complete ceremony. Brenda did an amazing job crafting a book for the ceremony, seen in the photos below. The ceremony included personal contributions from the bride, groom, brides maids, groomsmen, nieces and nephews. It also includes quotations from Irish poets and some well know writes and philosophers.
It was a great honour and privilege to perform this role on such an important day for both Brendan and Julie and one I will always remember.
